These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of cousinjim.com (the “site”) and any purchases you make from Cousin Jim Fishing (“we,” “us,” or “Cousin Jim”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We do our best to describe our products and display prices accurately. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Products are offered subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that product.
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the items in your cart. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; by checking out you authorize the charge for your order total, including shipping. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or items being out of stock. If we cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we’ll issue a full refund.
We ship within the United States only. Shipping charges and delivery details, along with our returns, exchanges, and refund process, are described in our Returns & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
All content on this site — including the Cousin Jim name and logo, text, images, videos, graphics, and product designs — is owned by or licensed to Cousin Jim Fishing and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written permission.
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the site to violate any law, infringe anyone’s rights, transmit harmful or malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the site’s operation or security.
